Clear expectations for a useful community.

1. Accepting these Terms

These Terms apply to the TA3NA mobile applications, ta3na.app, related emails, and other services provided by Yemma Labs LLC. By creating an account, accessing, or using TA3NA, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. The Community Standards and any feature-specific rules made available to you are incorporated into these Terms.

If you use TA3NA for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it and that it also agrees to these Terms. You may not use TA3NA if you cannot form a binding contract or are barred from receiving the service under applicable law.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information, use one accountable profile, keep your sign-in methods secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.

TA3NA is open to eligible members and is not invite-only. We may refuse, limit, or remove access when permitted by these Terms, but we do not require administrator approval to create an ordinary account.

3. The TA3NA service

TA3NA is a community utility for Algerian, Libyan, Mauritanian, Moroccan, and Tunisian communities, wherever members live. Members can ask for help, share information, organize gatherings, find housing information, discover member-owned businesses, and request one-to-one conversations. Guests may see limited structure and purpose-written summaries while member identities, full content, and participation remain gated.

TA3NA is not a dating service, employment agency, real-estate broker, money-transfer service, courier, medical or legal service, emergency service, or verification service. Member content is not advice, an endorsement, or a guarantee by Yemma Labs LLC.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use TA3NA for its intended community purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the Community Standards and applicable law. You may not:

• impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, or evade a block, suspension, ban, or other safety control;
• harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, defraud, or endanger another person;
• post private, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or dangerously misleading content;
• scrape private member data, use bots or automation without written permission, send spam, or build an unauthorized database from TA3NA;
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass, overload, or compromise the service or its security, except where a legal right cannot be restricted; or
• use TA3NA to facilitate unlawful goods, hidden packages, customs evasion, financial scams, prescription-drug sales, violence, or another prohibited transaction.

Country, circle, and audience controls limit who may view a contribution inside TA3NA; they do not create a confidentiality agreement. Do not share information you are not authorized to disclose.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to post it and that posting it will not violate law or another person's rights.

You grant Yemma Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical display, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, maintain, and improve TA3NA according to your audience choices and these Terms. We may promote a contribution outside its selected audience only if you separately make it public or give us permission.

This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except for temporary operational copies and purpose-limited safety, legal, or moderation records described in the Privacy Notice. Other members' independent contributions may remain after your account or content is deleted.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, but you are not required to provide feedback.

6. Housing, events, businesses, and member arrangements

You are responsible for evaluating people, listings, hosts, businesses, venues, transportation, documents, medication, goods, professional claims, and other arrangements. TA3NA does not verify ownership, availability, background, identity, licensing, immigration status, professional qualifications, product quality, or the safety or legality of an exchange.

TA3NA does not process housing payments and does not officially support courier, medicine, cash, currency, crypto, or document-carrying arrangements. Yemma Labs LLC is not a party to, broker of, or guarantor for an arrangement between members. You are responsible for applicable housing, fair-housing, customs, transportation, prescription, financial, tax, and other laws.

7. Messaging and safety

A recipient must accept a message request before normal one-to-one messaging begins. Members can decline, report, and block. We may preserve narrowly limited evidence under the Privacy Notice when needed for safety or moderation.

TA3NA is not continuously monitored and is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate emergency service when someone may be in immediate danger.

8. Moderation

We may investigate reports; reduce distribution; remove or restore content; warn, suspend, or ban accounts; preserve restricted evidence; and cooperate with lawful requests. We consider context, severity, credibility, repetition, and safety. A report does not guarantee removal, and our failure to act immediately does not waive our right to act later.

When eligible, a member may submit one appeal within 30 days of an enforcement action. The Community Standards and enforcement notice explain the available process.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using TA3NA at any time and may request account deletion through the app or ta3na.app/account-deletion. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or discontinue the service when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, comply with law, or address material operational risk.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an appeal opportunity. Immediate action may be necessary for credible safety threats, fraud, unlawful conduct, repeated violations, or security incidents. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, limited retained-content rights, disclaimers, liability limits, and disputes, will survive.

10. Our service and intellectual property

TA3NA, its software, brand, designs, and other materials provided by Yemma Labs LLC are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer ownership or permit you to use our trademarks, copy the service, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

If you believe content on TA3NA infringes your copyright or another right, email ta3na.app@gmail.com with enough detail for us to identify the work, the challenged material and location, your contact information, and the basis for your claim. We may remove material and restrict repeat infringers when appropriate.

11. Third-party services and app stores

TA3NA may link to or work with services we do not control, including Apple, Google, and member-selected websites. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for TA3NA, support, or member content. Your use of a downloaded app must also follow the applicable app store's rules.

12. Service changes and communications

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct errors or impose reasonable limits. We do not promise that every feature or piece of content will always be available.

We may send service, account, security, safety, moderation, and legal notices by email, push notification, in-app notice, or a prominent service notice. You can manage optional notifications, but cannot opt out of communications necessary to operate your account or comply with law.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TA3NA is provided “as is” and “as available.” Yemma Labs LLC does not make warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, safety, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. We do not warrant that a member will respond or that content, a listing, transaction, gathering, recommendation, or other arrangement will be accurate, safe, lawful, or successful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yemma Labs LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or member-to-member arrangements arising from TA3NA.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, their combined liability for all claims arising out of or relating to TA3NA or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Yemma Labs LLC for TA3NA during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of this section may not apply to you.

15. Governing law and disputes

Before filing a non-urgent claim, you and Yemma Labs LLC agree to send written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution and to attempt a good-faith informal resolution for 30 days. Send notice to ta3na.app@gmail.com.

Eligible individual claims may be brought in small-claims court. Otherwise, New York law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes must be brought in a state or federal court serving Richmond County, New York, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to another law or forum.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively as TA3NA, our risks, or applicable law changes. We will post the revised Terms with a new version and effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material or required by law. If required, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using TA3NA and may delete your account.

17. General terms

These Terms, the Privacy Notice, the effective Community Standards, and any applicable feature-specific terms form the entire agreement between you and Yemma Labs LLC about TA3NA. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. No person other than you and Yemma Labs LLC has a right to enforce these Terms, except where applicable law says otherwise.
