Your choices, in your control
Take charge of your privacy.
1. Who we are and what this notice covers
TA3NA is a community service operated by Yemma Labs LLC. This notice applies when you visit ta3na.app, join the launch list, create or use a TA3NA account, contact us, or become involved in a safety or moderation matter.
TA3NA does not publish member profiles, posts, comments, messages, or private community activity on this website.
2. Information we collect
What we collect depends on how you use TA3NA:
- Account and identity information: verified email address, authentication-provider identifiers, first name, last initial, 18-or-older confirmation, accepted policy versions and timestamps, account status, and security or session information.
- Profile and community information: Maghreb country connections, primary country, metro area, profession, introduction, help and interest fields, visibility choices, circles, mutes, saves, and follows.
- Content and activity: posts, comments, reactions, media and descriptions, events and RSVPs, housing information, business profiles, links, message requests and accepted conversations, reports, blocks, and appeals.
- Notifications and service activity: push token, device platform, notification preferences and delivery state, IP address, browser or device characteristics, app version, timestamps, coarse product events, and limited diagnostic or security information.
- Launch-list information: email address, consent and unsubscribe records, signup time, bounded campaign or referral context, and receipt-delivery state. A launch-list signup does not require a member account.
- Support and safety information: messages you send us, reports, enforcement notices, restricted evidence, evidence-access logs, and deletion requests.
We may receive account information from Apple or Google when you choose that sign-in method, information from another member when they interact with or report your content, and ordinary request metadata from the services that operate TA3NA.
TA3NA does not launch with advertising SDKs, payments, precise-location collection, address-book upload, health-data integration, or third-party behavioral tracking.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide feeds, circles, search, directory, events, businesses, housing, messaging, saves, and notifications; apply audience and profile-privacy choices; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; investigate reports; enforce our rules; maintain and improve reliability and relevance; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing a community service, your consent when requested, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing or processing based on another lawful ground.
We may create aggregate or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you and use it to understand and improve TA3NA. We do not try to re-identify it.
4. How information appears to other people
Your first name and last initial identify your accountable profile. Profile details and content appear according to the guest, member, country, Maghreb, circle, event, messaging, and profile-visibility choices described in the product. Contact details, private saves and follows, reports, blocks, and non-mutual circle memberships are not published.
Audience controls limit visibility inside TA3NA, but recipients may still copy or share what they can see. Do not post confidential information or information you do not have permission to share. External links you choose to open are governed by the destination's privacy practices.
5. How we share information
We disclose information only as needed for the following purposes:
- Service providers: Supabase for authentication, database, storage, realtime features, and server functions; Apple and Google when you select their sign-in service; Expo and Apple or Google push infrastructure for mobile delivery; Cloudflare for the public website and abuse protection; Resend for launch-list and service email; consent-gated PostHog and Google Analytics for public-site measurement; and privacy-scrubbed Sentry diagnostics.
- Safety and legal reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our rules, or protect the rights, safety, and property of TA3NA, our members, or others.
- Business changes: as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required.
- At your direction: when you ask us to share information or use a feature that requires disclosure.
We require service providers to protect information consistently with this notice and applicable law and to use it only to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by our agreements. TA3NA does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies, analytics, and privacy signals
The public website uses storage necessary to remember your analytics choice and may use essential security technology such as Cloudflare Turnstile. Optional PostHog and Google Analytics measurement stays off until you allow it in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and locations we cannot reliably determine. In other known regions, privacy-minimized measurement may run before you choose. Form inputs are masked, private and token-bearing routes are excluded, and session replay starts only after an explicit allow choice. Launch-list completion is measured without sending your email address.
You can change your choice through the Analytics settings control in the website footer. A supported Global Privacy Control signal forces analytics denial. Because there is no uniform Do Not Track standard, we do not separately respond to browser DNT signals.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here. Ordinary deleted content and account-associated data are removed from member view immediately and permanently purged within 30 days. Reported-content and moderation-case evidence may be kept for 12 months after case closure. Minimal permanent-ban records and content-free moderation audit logs may be kept for 24 months. A narrow legal hold or credible safety investigation may retain only necessary evidence until the matter is resolved, with restricted and logged access.
Deleting an account removes the member-facing profile, identity, authored content, and media. Other members' independent contributions, such as their own replies or their side of a conversation, may remain without attribution to the deleted member. Provider backups and operational logs expire under their bounded schedules.
Launch-list information is kept while needed to send the requested launch notice, honor unsubscribe, prevent duplicate sends, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. You may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
8. Your privacy rights and choices
You can edit profile and visibility settings, select a post audience, manage circles and notifications, save or unsave items, block members, and request account deletion in the app. A signed-out deletion resource is available at ta3na.app/account-deletion. Launch-list messages include an unsubscribe link.
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy; withdraw consent; appeal a denied privacy request; or use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where the law permits, including to protect another person's rights, security, or evidence subject to lawful retention.
Email ta3na.app@gmail.com to exercise a right. If local law gives you the right, you may also complain to the privacy regulator where you live or work.
9. Security
TA3NA uses measures designed to protect information, including authentication, encryption in transit, row-level database authorization, private storage, trusted server actions, restricted moderation access, and audit logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you believe your account or TA3NA has been compromised.
10. International processing
Yemma Labs LLC is based in the United States. TA3NA and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy protections may differ. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we use a legally recognized mechanism or another permitted basis.
11. Adults only
TA3NA is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. If we learn that a person under 18 created an account, we will take reasonable steps to disable the account and delete the related information. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information to TA3NA.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this notice as TA3NA, our providers, or applicable law changes. We will post the revised notice with a new version and effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material or the law requires it.
Yemma Labs LLC is responsible for TA3NA. Email ta3na.app@gmail.com for privacy questions, requests, or complaints.
